The price you pay for your vacation package is the same as if you booked it yourself, and in many cases even cheaper due to the travel agent having multiple suppliers to compare prices with. We go the extra mile, as well as saving your time and money in finding the best cost for your vacation, often checking many options to get the best value. Plus, you get all of our knowledge and expertise for free! It's a win-win situation! Also, we are compensated by the supplier your travel is booked with after you have traveled. We do not charge for our services. There are no fees at all to use Mouse World Travel.

  We pride ourselves on getting the most popular and fun restaurants that are at Walt Disney World, and Disneyland (if given enough advance notice). We work with clients to recommend the best restaurant matches for their families, and times that are most convenient to them.
  

• Monitoring reservations for further discounts:
  Many times, Disney releases discounts as the dates get closer, but if there is still availability, they will adjust the package price. Once you book your vacation with Mouse World Travel, we are always checking any new offers that are released to make sure you are getting the best deal. We are always monitoring discounts on your vacation. We have saved clients hundreds of dollars by applying the new discounts and adjusting the vacation package or cruise.
  

• Itinerary planning assistance:
  One of the trickiest parts of planning a vacation at Disney is planning the itineraries! We help plan your days to be the least crowded days, and to minimize waiting in line as little as possible, but yet still leaving in plenty of time to be spontaneous and take it easy!

Are there risks to booking with a travel agent?

No, any payments made will go directly to the travel supplier and not to us. Any credit card payments will be charged directly with the supplier (Walt Disney Travel Company, Southwest Vacations, Alaskan Air Vacations) and not Mouse World Travel. So even if the worst happens, and we have to go out of business, we will not be holding any of your funds, and your trip will still be secure.

Will you book airfare for me?

If purchasing a vacation package with hotel and tickets, or a cruise, we will be happy to help find the best deals for airfare. We always check both with a package and seperately to see which one is cheaper. We do recommend to our clients to keep their eye out for airfare themselves as well, due to specials that may be running in different parts of the country that we may not be aware of..

We do not do air only reservations.

If I have a cruise booked through Mouse World Travel, will I be able to access my reservation online through Disney's site to make excursion and Palo reservations?

Yes, you can access your reservation by registering to their site, and entering in your confirmation/ reservation number, and a birthdate of anyone on that same reservation. You can pre-book Palo reservations, spa treatments, register kids for the kids' programs, and make shore excursions, as well as check in online to save time at the cruise terminal.

Can Advance Dining arrangements be made for me?

Absolultely! It is one of our specialties! This service is included at no additional charge when you book your vacation with us. We will work with you and your itinerary to get a list of restaurants and when you would like them booked. (We can help with the choices and give opinions on any of them as well). The dining experience can totally add another layer of magic to any Disney vacation (especially those with a dining plan), so we do our best to get all of the prime locations!

**Some restaurants book up months in advance at Walt Disney World, so depending on the advance notice, availability could be very limited.

Can I make payments?

Once we book your vacation, we get your billing information and the charge goes directly through Disney, NOT Mouse World Travel. There are never any charges from Mouse World Travel, or an agent of Mouse World Travel. We do not accept checks, and do not accept cash. This is to protect you as well as it does us. If you would like to pay your deposit by check, we will give you the Supplier's address to mail it to and it is made payable directly to that Supplier. If you want to pay off your vacation by check, then we follow the same process as above with the check being mailed directly to the Supplier and it is payable directly to that Supplier.

Are there cancellation and/or change fees?

Mouse World Travel does not have cancellation or change fees other than those charged directly by Disney or the travel supplier. Magic Your Way Vacation Packages will never have a cancellation fee imposed by Mouse World Travel. The only fees that will apply are those assessed by the Walt Disney Travel Company. Other travel suppliers have different cancellation and change policies, but the client will be made aware of them before applying deposit.

Can I book off-property hotels and packages too?

Yes, there are plenty of options that are available off-property as well and can be combined into packages with tickets and airfare if needed. We will treat your reservation with the same care and attention as our on-site clients. Depending on the supplier, different terms, conditions and cancellation fees may apply.




How long will it take to get a response after filling out the online quote form?

We try to respond to all quote requests within 48 hours. But if it is on a Sunday, over a holiday, and depending on the complexity of the request and the volume received, it may take longer.
