Everything Revealed for Disney Cruise Line’s New Ship, the Disney Believe

Disney Cruise Line just reveled the official details for its newest Wish-class ship, the Disney Believe. Maiden voyages begin December 18, 2027, out of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, offering 4- and 5-night Caribbean and Bahamas itineraries with stops at Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.

Here is a breakdown of the new shows, dining concepts, adult spaces, and staterooms coming to the ship.

Grand Hall and Entertainment Lineup

The central Grand Hall, which is the heart of the ship, sounds absolutely stunning. It features a statue of Moana, Pua, and Heihei The space will incorporate influences from the film’s Pacific islands setting and design elements inspired by the sea, including an ocean-hued carpet adorned with bioluminescent colors and a chandelier modeled after the sea’s fluid movement with the heart of Te Fiti hidden within.

Entertainment highlights include:

  • "Disney Encanto" Stage Show: An exclusive Broadway-style adaptation debuting in the Walt Disney Theatre, featuring music by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

  • Returning Stage Favorites: Reimagined productions of "Tangled: The Musical" and "Disney Seas the Adventure."

  • Gazelle: A new entertainment venue hosting family trivia and character encounters by day, transforming into an adult-exclusive nightspot with silent discos and variety acts after dark. This space also includes a new interactive Zootopia family show where you help Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde solve a case.

New Family Dining and Deck Treats

Alongside returning favorites like 1923 and Worlds of Marvel, the ship debuts a brand-new rotational dining venue:

  • Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast: a new untold chapter in the “Frozen” story featuring Oaken, Anna, and Kristoff, complete with live music. Oaken and his family will invite guests to dine together while enjoying the musical stylings of his cousins, who will play their own reimagined renditions of famous tunes from the popular “Frozen” soundtracks.   

  • New Specialty Cafes: Big Hero Sips and Café Kakamora (Moana) - both offering coffee, tea and specialty beverages.

  • Pluto’s Pita Platters: A new Mediterranean option added to the upper deck quick-service at Mickey and Friends Festival of Foods.

Adult-Exclusive Lounges and Spaces

  • Sea Notes: An Ariel’s grotto-themed piano lounge - the centerpiece of the space is an elegant pearlescent piano, one of the forgotten treasures from Ariel’s secret grotto.

  • Wishing Well: Step into a vintage storybook in this Snow White-inspired lounge, you are set in an enchanting castle courtyard with a stained-glass bar.

  • Skygazers: A magical observatory themed pub filled with celestial maps, telescopes, and classic Disney nods.

  • Haunted Mansion Parlor: The popular immersive lounge makes its return, alongside Palo Steakhouse, Enchanté, and The Rose.

Kids Clubs and Upper Deck Fun

Kids aged 3 to 10 will enter Disney’s Oceaneer Club through a Monsters, Inc. entrance marked with a "2319" warning tape. Spaces for tweens and teens include Edge, Vibe, and The Hideaway, plus It’s a Small World Nursery for babies. Up on deck, the AquaMouse return with its signature water-coaster.

Stateroom Themes

Staterooms feature papercut-style artwork inspired by Moana, Coco, and The Lion King. Concierge spaces include an Alice in Wonderland lounge and Peter Pan or Toy Story themed rooms. Royal Suites will highlight The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast.

The Believe Tower Suite - a 2,000-square-foot, two-story funnel suite sleeping eight, inspired by Magic Kingdom Park and featuring Cinderella Castle artwork and park-land themed bedrooms.
